Most SMBs who call us have been reading about AI for three months without knowing where to start. They have seen five different demos, they have a folder with ten ideas, and every vendor sells them something different. What we offer in this call is not a demo or a catalog. It is thirty minutes to separate the ideas that make sense for your business from the ones that sound good in a blog post, and a written plan of what to build first, at what cost, in what time.
What you leave with
A thirty-minute call with Javier. At the end you have a document with three things: the prioritized list of problems AI can solve in your business right now, the approximate cost and time of each one, and what you can do without us. Because sometimes the right answer is to hire someone internal or use a hundred-euro-a-month tool, and we will tell you so.
The call is free. There is no second sales call, there is no funnel behind it. If you want us to build any of the pieces in the plan afterwards, we move to a fixed price. If you do not, you keep the document and that is the end of it.
The three questions we always ask
First: which repetitive task on your team would you like someone to stop doing. Not abstract automation, the specific Wednesday-afternoon task nobody wants. Second: which decision do you take every week with incomplete information. Third: which data do you have stored somewhere that you never look at.
Those three questions produce five or six ideas in the first fifteen minutes. The other fifteen we spend dropping the ones that do not apply, ordering the rest by cost and return, and closing the document with you on the screen. It is the same map we drew with the fitness coach before building the agent and the dashboard.

FAQ
Do I need to prepare anything for the call?
Nothing formal. If you can have the tool where you track clients open (CRM, sheet, whatever it is) and think about the two or three most repetitive tasks of your week, that is enough. The rest comes out in conversation.
What if after the call I decide not to build anything?
You keep the document and that is it. We do not write to you again. The call is free because it helps us too: we learn which problems repeat across Spanish and European SMBs, and we sharpen the next projects because of it.
Do you build what is in the plan yourselves or only advise?
We build what falls inside our zone: WhatsApp agents, automations, dashboards, custom systems in Node.js and Next.js. If the plan includes something outside that zone (computer vision on video, for example), we tell you who can do it better than us.
