About Synaptik.

We are three people building AI systems for SMBs. We are not an agency that scales, we have no sales funnel, we do not sell courses. We sit with the client, map how the business runs from the inside, and write the code it needs.

Every project is designed from scratch. No templates, no wrappers over ChatGPT. If a fitness coach has 1105 dormant leads in Meta, we build the WhatsApp agent and the dashboard that move those leads. If a law firm needs email classification, we write that specific classifier with its specific rules.

We work with fixed prices and weekly demos. The client sees the system move every Friday, not at the end of the project. If something does not work, we see it together that same week and fix it the next one.

Pablo

CEO and people

I left university because what I was learning there moved slower than what we were already building on our own. At Synaptik I run the day to day and everything that touches people: who we bring in, how we work, when we say no to a project that does not fit.

My job is making sure the team can do its job. If something is rough on the human side or on the internal operation, it is mine.

Javier

CMO and design

I dropped out for reasons similar to Pablo. Since then I have focused on two things that turned out to be the same: how what we build looks, and how we talk about it on the outside.

I design the dashboards, the landing pages and the brand, and I run everything marketing related. The rule that matters most to me is that if a client cannot understand a button, we failed before we got to that button.

Daniel

CFO and CTO

I studied in Estonia, probably the most digital country in the world for government and business. That is where I learned how a company runs when everything goes through code: from opening the entity to closing VAT, signing contracts, onboarding vendors.

At Synaptik I own the technical side and the financial side. Systems architecture, deployments, invoicing, vendors and tax work. If something breaks in production or on a spreadsheet, it ends up on my desk.
