30-day pilot. You pay the first month up front. Founding agencies have the setup included; on other plans the one-time setup is charged on day 31 if you stay. If one of the three guaranteed numbers is missed, you get the month back and pay no setup fee.

It replies with your agency's name, like someone on your team. It asks two questions at most and hands the buyer to your agent. If a buyer asks whether they're talking to a person, it tells the truth and hands over to an agent.
In the setup week, one call and access to your listings. After that, your agents only get the buyers worth calling, each with a three-line summary, and you read one report on Mondays.
It only talks about the listings in your stock and never gives prices or discounts that aren't in the listing. If it doesn't know something, it passes the buyer to a person.
We review 50 real conversations in the setup week, and every Monday you see what it said.
There are two ways. If Meta's coexistence works with your number, you keep using the app and the assistant answers when you can't. If it doesn't, we give you a new number for the assistant.
Coexistence works in Spain. We check it with your number before you startYes. It reads your listings straight from Resales Online, by reference, area and price, and never offers a home that is sold or reserved. Without Resales, it answers from the listings on your website. If you use Inmobalia or Inmovilla, it works with those too. If you use another program, we tell you within 48 hours whether it fits.
We use the official WhatsApp API, with your agency's number or the assistant's new one. The data stays in your account and stays yours if you leave. Before you sign, we give you in writing what data we store, where, and who is responsible for it.
Data processing agreement: in preparationYes. Regular plans are month to month, without penalty. Founding places have a 3-month minimum in exchange for free setup and a price frozen for 12 months. The 30-day pilot comes with our guarantee: if we miss one of the three numbers, you get the month back.
